This high efficiency and modern-style Broan bathroom fan is equipped with a humidity sensing system which automatically ventilates the room at the right time. It features a 26-gauge galvanized steel housing and a 4″ polymer duct connector which produces no metallic rattling. The humidity control automatically turns fans on when a rapid to moderate (user adjustable) increase of humidity is sensed or when humidity rises above the user-adjustable set-point (50% to 80% RH). This single speed 110 CFM fan reduces humidity to quickly eliminate fogged mirrors and manage moisture in bathrooms up to 105 square feet, so your vision will always be clear and your surroundings will always be comfortable. InVent is about innovations such as FoldAway (TM) mounting ears and TrueSeal (TM) damper technology that improves building airtightness like never before. This product comes with a 3-year limited warranty.
